No. Metin3 is a story-driven single-player PC RPG with a bundled local game server. Optional co-op exists, but there is no persistent public realm and no shared live-world race.

The game is rebuilt around a local campaign: named saves on your PC, the Coruptia Metin quest journal, horse lessons, blacksmith crafting, companions, Buffi, achievements and optional session-code co-op. You play at your own pace — not on a public server ladder.

Metin3 HUB needs a connection to sign in, install, update and sync cloud saves. The campaign itself runs on your PC. Co-op with friends outside your network also needs a connection.

No. Metin3 is an independent fan project inspired by classic Metin2. Metin2 branding and related IP belong to their respective owners.

Yes. Metin3 HUB gives every account one free day of the full game. After that you buy it in the HUB.

Coruptia Metin is the main campaign: 95 story quests from level 1 to 99 across six acts and a final confrontation with Lord Metin. Beside it run 23 side contracts and 9 horse lessons.

Press N or use the quest button. The journal has Story, Side, Horse and Completed tabs, shows each objective’s progress and target, and lists the rewards before you accept. New quests also appear as letters on the left of the screen.

Not yet. Light, Power and Darkness endings are planned after Lord Metin, but they are not selectable in the current journal. The campaign currently ends when Lord Metin falls.

Four classic jobs: Warrior, Ninja, Sura and Shaman, male or female, each with two specialisations. Compare them on the Classes page.

Yes. Every class can finish Coruptia Metin solo. The playstyle differs — front-line, mobile damage, hybrid pressure or magic.

A local ally you hire: any class and gender, with its own equipment, potions and combat mode (attack target, aggro, defense or passive). Companions are not co-op players.

Buffi is a support shaman you can summon. She gains experience, learns four buff skills and can absorb bonuses from the gear you give her.

No. Metin3 ships the classic four classes only.

No. The campaign is designed for solo play. Open co-op only when you want allies.

The host enters the world first, creates a session and shares the session code. Friends choose Play co-op on the main menu and paste the code. No port forwarding or IP sharing is needed: on the same network players connect directly, otherwise a relay handles it.

No. Co-op is a temporary session around the host’s world. It is not a persistent online realm.

Yes. Leave the session and continue your campaign whenever you want.

Download Metin3 HUB from the Download page. The HUB installs the game, keeps it updated and is where you buy it.

Minimum and recommended specs are listed on the Download page. Values marked “To be confirmed” are still being measured.

Let Metin3 HUB finish its update, install Visual C++ and graphics drivers if prompted, and run Windows as a normal user first. If it still fails, ask on Discord or Support with your Windows version, GPU and any error text.

Every new character gets a full +6 level-1 set on first login: weapon, armour and helmet for their class, an off-hand, a necklace, earrings, a bracelet and shoes.

Talk to the teleporter NPC. Each jump costs 5,000 Yang. Twelve destinations are open, including Spider Dungeon 2 (level 35–75) and Exile Cave (level 75–105). See World for the list.

Experience, Yang, Energy of Goodness (tiered by level), Bravery Capes and sometimes Green Potions. Horse lessons raise your horse’s level instead.

The blacksmith trades Farm Tokens (and sometimes Yang) for consumables, upgrade items and special goods. Fishing and mining have their own recipe lists.

38 achievements across level, hunting, maps, crafting, Yang, quests, play time, horse, co-op and secrets. Each one pays Yang when it unlocks, and they appear on your Metin3 HUB profile.

The screen turns grey and you choose: revive here or revive in town.

Yes, an optional Item Shop inside the game. It uses an SPC balance tied to your account, which you top up in Metin3 HUB. The campaign does not require it.

No. Energy of Goodness is earned from quests in the game. SPC is the item shop balance.

An optional DLC that adds a +1h button beside the world clock, so morning, sunset or night is one click away. It belongs to your account and is sold in Metin3 HUB.

In encrypted save files inside your game folder (game_server/saves/). When you are signed in to Metin3 HUB, saves are also backed up to your account.

Yes. Each save holds up to four characters, and you can create several named saves from the main menu.

Metin3 HUB syncs before you press Play, after the game closes and when the HUB starts — never while the game is running. If the cloud and your PC disagree, the newest copy wins and the other one is kept as a conflict copy you can switch to.

Sign in to Metin3 HUB with the same account on the other PC. Your saves download automatically. Copying save files by hand does not work: they are encrypted with a key that belongs to each PC.
